Members demonstrated their bowling and baking skills at a Ladies’ Afternoon on Thursday 11th April. More than 20 attended the fun event which included three games of bowls followed by a tea with home-made cakes.

Improvements in the club’s financial position were reported at the annual meeting on Friday 15th March when treasurer Ron Waller told members: “We have had a much better year due to controlling costs and being able to recover more VAT.”
